Crystal Sleep+

I am really happy with the fit and the quality of the Crystal sleep+! I’ve been feeling ready for bed at night earlier as I wear them which is a good thing considering I’m a night owl trying to be an early bird. It has been helping me shift my sleep pattern to a healthier bedtime to allow earlier wake ups, and it did seamlessly: I just feel like going to bed.

Fits comfortably and stylish! Quality material. I'm still getting used to the color of tv and computer screens at night. Worth the purchase.

I track my sleep and have been doing so with my fitbit for over 4 years and my sleep quality has never been better. As an early bird who gets up at 4:30am every day, I need to be in bed/asleep by 8:30pm which was getting hard, as I work with screens till 8pm. However, since using the glasses, my work performance hasn’t been impacted, but I’ve been able to fall straight asleep and stay asleep / sleep better, for the most consistent timeframe in my adult life. Cannot recommend enough!
