I’m very happy with my purchase. Good quality glasses and I feel they do work to give me a better sleep at night.

Put on about 30 minutes before bed time and start to wind down. Also pull on if I have to get up during the night. Very nice looking and well built. Also got a nice discount when converted to US dollars.. Virtual Try on was cool.

They are Great!! They make it much easier to wind down and fall asleep faster at the end of the day. :)

These glasses help me fall asleep much faster and I stay asleep and sleep more deeply. I have personally recommended to many friends and coworkers.
I use them starting about 1 hour before I go to bed. They are very dark lenses so they are best for when you are using a cellphone or ipad/e-reader close to bed time.
